Sensei has right to cancel the students membership in its absolute discretion.
Until you cancel your membership ,it will automatically renew each month.
The monthly membership fees will be deducted every month from your card until you cancel the membership.
Students may cancel their membership at any time by sending a 14-day written notice to the Academies email address ([email protected]) before the due date for payment.
The Academy, sensei or other colleagues are not responsible for any loss, accidents or damages while in training or at any other times.
Family members must provide supporting documentation
The Academy is not providing insurance for any loss or injuries and students will be responsible for taking out their own insurance.
Once students or parents have joined the Academy they should pay the amount of fees even if they can’t attend regularly.
Every student must have a karate passport which should be renewed every first month of a year. If they fail to do so they will not be able to attend the grading.
Anyone interested in opening a new Dojo or teaching should obtain a written consent letter from the head of Seibukan Academy UK (such letter to be provided in its absolute discretion) and they will be responsible for their own students. The new Dojo can’t hold a grading on their own or issue any certificates or grading.
The Academy has the right to take any decisions about changing fees, venue , training times and seminars.
